In collaboration with Food Bank of the Rockies and Jeffco Public Health, we will have 104 CFAP farmers to families food boxes available to those receiving a COVID-19 test. The Jeffco COVID-19 testing site address is 9077 W Alameda Ave in Lakewood. Please wear a mask and follow social distancing protocols.
